Slip into Spring with this gorgeous, texture filled embroidery kit. Stuffed with bright, zesty batik fabrics and covered in hand stitches this is a fantastic project to really get your teeth into, all whilst creating a serene, Bluebell Garden image.
From woolly knotted leaves, an adjustable jute tape fence and shiny beaded Bluebells there are lots of things to catch your eye and make you want to run your fingers over the finished design whilst imagining your woodland walk.
The kit uses a background of pre-printed cotton fabrics for you to use as a guide for your stitches and is designed to be embroidered in a 15cm hoop (not included). Provided in this kit is the backing cloth, 7 fabric pieces, turquoise jute tape, two colours of beads, tapestry yarns and all stranded embroidery threads. A step-by-step A5 guide booklet and paper templates have also been provided to help you create your own piece of artwork layer by layer.  
 
This is a perfect project for beginners right the way through to advanced stitchers as it uses very basic stitches (back stitch, seed stitch, straight stitch, satin stitch...) and includes diagrams on how to execute them. When you have your confidence in the embroidery you can move on to french knots and bullion knots for the leaves and Bluebells and by the end you'll be a pro! Don't worry, diagrams and tips will help you along the way.
