The hoop itself has a non-removable glued wooden backing enclosing the embroidery. A butterfly brooch pin has been glued to the reverse (a two-part pin)
Finished hoop size is approximately 5cm wide x 6cm high (including the hoop screw section).

Delivery
All brooches will be safely wrapped and posted in a bubble wrap (partially recyclable) envelope.
For UK customers, they will be sent by Royal Mail First Class (non-signed for) Delivery as standard.
For Overseas customers they will be sent as a Royal Mail International Standard (non-tracked) parcel.
Other postage options are available but there may be further charges.Please be aware that some countries may be charged an additional customs or import tax which will not be part of this online transaction. Customer's are responsible for this fee where applicable.
Returns
I am happy to accept returns. Please contact me within 14 days of your order's arrival, and return the goods within 30 days. For items that are being returned due to an order error rather than damaged goods, buyers are responsible for the return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition then the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If there are any problems with the order please contact me straight away and I will do my best to resolve any issues.
