This is a beautiful and fun embroidery kit which uses a background of pre-printed cotton or polycotton fabrics for you to use as a guide for your stitches. It is designed to be embroidered in a 15cm embroidery hoop (not included) and comes with the backing cloth, 5 fabric pieces, jute trimming and all stranded embroidery threads. A step-by-step A5 guide booklet and paper templates have also been provided to help you create your own piece of artwork layer by layer.
This is a perfect project for beginners right the way through to advanced stitchers as it uses very basic stitches (back stitch, running stitch, straight stitch) and includes diagrams on how to execute them. When you have your confidence in the embroidery you can move on to french knots and bullion knots for added texture! Diagrams and tips will help you along the way.
